Our Process Begins In Your Home
Building your dream home should be an enjoyable experience, and being parents ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be dragging the kids around display homes. This is why we have created a very simple set of steps to eliminate the stress.
In-home consultation
We begin by bringing the design team to you. Having a look at your site and sitting down for a chat is a really good way for us to get to know your family and understand your needs and the things that are important to you. We will the develop a design brief collaboratively
We design your dream home
We begin by ordering a site survey. Our talented architect will then design a beautiful home based on your brief and we will refine it until we are confident that it fits within your budget. We will then prepare a realistic quote that includes everything you will need.
Building approvals and construction plans
Once you have a design that you love and budget that works we will then prepare the plans for approval, either via CDC or council. We organise all of the engineering plans, and reports that are needed. We work hard to make sure that this goes as fast and as smoothly as possible. Whilst this is happening we can organise demolition quotes, dilapidation reports and anything else needed to fast track the process.
Construction
Building your dream home is a partnership. We will be in regular contact, including meeting onsite to keep you updated and getting your valued input. You can choose your tiles , taps and appliances to meet your creative desires. We have a talented team of contractors who take pride in building your dream home as though it is their own.
